I’ve been blessed to photograph cute 6 month-olds lately.  Hunter was no exception.  Cute overload! And check out those lovely lashes.

Guess who is 6 months old already?  Little Chandler!  This week he came into the studio so I could capture his big bright eyes and perfect little mohawk.  I just adore him!

Just days before Christmas, Bree and Brad welcomed the best Christmas gift Santa could bring…their adorable son Cohen.  Born on his daddy’s birthday!

This has been a shoot I’ve been eagerly anticipating for quite some time.  Bree and Brad are truly one of my favorite clients.  Married last October in beautiful Glen Arbor, I have had the privilege to shoot their engagement session, wedding, trash the dress and now newborn session.  I feel so honored and blessed to have this opportunity to see so many stages of this sweet couple’s lives together!

Cohen’s session was done at home, in the comfort of his nursery and with access to all of his fabulous outfits and hand-made hats (Bree’s mom is extremely talented!).  He was the perfect little model…patient, adorable and cuddly.

Throughout 2009, I have photographed little Nolan throughout each lovely Michigan season.  Each time I set up a session with his mom, the day of the session came along with perfect weather for perfect outdoor pictures.  Yesterday was no exception with gently falling snow, and we went outside and played in the orchard behind their home.  My favorite was when Nolan stuck out his little tongue to try to catch snowflakes…adorable!

Hopkins, MI

Last year I photographed the beautiful Aleigha with her adorable curls and bright, happy smile. This weekend I had the opportunity again….playing in the lovely late-day sunshine on a perfect November day.

I drove out to Hopkins so we could shoot their session on Stephanie’s grandmother’s property…filled with open fields and lots of room to run around.  I was so enamored with the golden light and Aleigha’s laughter!  A perfect session all around.
