Michele and John had a wedding full of joy and celebration…no pretense, no wedding party, just John and Michele. They were married on the beach they met on in St. Joe, their reception at the adorable Millcreek Barns.
So many elements of this day made me smile. They planted rosemary during their ceremony, John took a picture of her as she walked toward down the aisle, and they had yard games outside during the cocktail hour. I delighted in capturing their day for them!
I also loved (finally!) having the opportunity in working with Jessica from Stella Event Design. This girl rocks the southwest Michigan scene in wedding planning!

Amy - you really got the essence of M&J’s wedding! I love the muted colors in the barn and croquet photos, and you perfectly captured their love for each other in all the portraits. Wonderful.
Amy - i can’t tell you how excited john and i are about these photos. your presence at the wedding was a blessing - we had SO much fun with you! and to see these photos from an internet cafe in paris was amazing. you made me feel like a model, and you captured “us” in such a beautiful way. can’t say thank you enough…
Michele - you look like a model . . . you and John! If I didn’t know you were actually husband and wife, I would have thought the whole things was staged. Gorgeous couple, picture perfect weather, elegant dress, and the clouds and waves during the ceremony couldn’t have been planned better.
