The Allchin’s [Family Session] August 28, 2010
To say I loved everything about this family session would be an understatement.
Adorable family + Cuddly Newborn + Abandoned Schoolhouse + Abandoned Orchard = One of my favorite family sessions ever!
Sarah is my fabulous, and patient, hairstylist at the uuber trendy Echo Salon in Grand Rapids. She keeps my blond hair pretty and doesn’t yell at me like I always think she will when I come in after I’ve cut in my own bangs. With kitchen shears. Three weeks ago, their little Harlow came into their lives. When collaborating about their perfect session we tossed around urban, country, something else? We decided upon one of my favorite little spots and our added bonus was being able to get inside a little abandoned schoolhouse. This family didn’t hesitate at all and we rocked out some seriously amazing pictures.
Hailey is Harlow’s older sister and watching them together was nothing short of beautiful.
Dan claimed during the session that he doesn’t like having his picture taken. Could have fooled me!
