I don’t even know where to begin when describing Cimberly and Chris’s amazing wedding on Mackinac Island. Their wedding was truly an amazing day…one that I couldn’t be more excited to be a part of. Cimberly’s attention to detail and this couples gracious nature made me feel like we were guests instead of vendors. She even presented me with the sweetest card and album as a gift!
They were married on the grounds of the beautiful Mission Point Resort followed by an outdoor reception. The skies were blue, the temperatures warm, and the day was full of love.
The amazing flowers were from Weber’s on Mackinac Island. The flowers on the shoes were Cimberly’s idea and executed perfectly. These shoes rocked my world!
The framed picture on the left is a picture of Chris’s mom, who passed away a few years ago. Chris is an only child and the bond he and his dad have is heartwarming. The words spoken during this toast were truly beautiful.
The band playing at the reception was the Yankee Rebels, a band that Cimberly’s dad is a part of! Right before their big send off, Cimberly and all of her sisters sang as their dad played the keyboard. Totally cute!

Troopers! This is the fab due Jamie and Ian of Shutterspeed Productions. We all rode into town on our bikes, shooting as we rode. A very fun experience!

I was extremely impressed with the story you captured on Chris and Cimberly’s wedding day. Had to look through the photo journey twice, to absorb all the pictures portrayed. What an amazing, talented photographer. Sorry I have never been photogenic….try to stay out of as many pictures as possible. But I certainly enjoyed looking at these precious pictures of Chris and Cimberly! It certainly was a sincere and tender wedding ceremony. Such an honor to be there.
Absolutely beautiful - I have never seen wedding photos that were more pure and truthful of what the spirit of these two is all about.
