So on Saturday I had the day off!  Sort of…;) My lovely and fabulous friend (and actually my longest friend…we’ve known each other for 24 years!) Michele was married to Steve in Ionia, MI.  Not only did I get to be a part of it, but I was the Matron of Honor and was on the other side of the camera for the day!

Seriously, it was an amazing day all around.  From the perfect weather for the outdoor ceremony, to a rockin’ reception at Bertha Brock Park, and a slew of amazing vendors to pull it all together, it was absolutely perfect.  The always amazing Julie Strating drove out for our spectacular makeup looks, Dee of Element of Elegance seriously rocked some incredible floral designs and coordinated the day, and Angie Brooks was there to photograph the day!  She has been my faithful second shooter for the past three years and it was fun to have her take over for the day and give me a much-needed break.
