Nichole : : Celebrating the Bump May 14, 2009
A few weeks ago I received a phone call from one of my favorite family clients, and Aunt of the fabulous Nichole, one of my brides from my very first year shooting weddings. Nichole was coming up to Michigan for her baby shower and wanted to purchase a gift certificate for her to have her maternity pictures done while she was up here. That meant I got to see and work with Nichole again…I was SO excited!
My excitement only grew after talking to Nichole about what she wanted for her session. She said she was up for anything and wanted something different. That…I could deliver! She came to the studio armed with loads of adorable clothes, cowboy boots (giving a nod to Mississippi, where she is currently residing), and one of her best friends, the fabulous Julie Strating! So you know her makeup looked fabulous.
This session was so much fun and being able to hang out with these fabulous girls made it even better. Nichole was not only fierce, but creative and the collaborative efforts made for a pretty amazing shoot!

For this shot, Nichole laid down, propped up her fabulous boots and said “What if we try it like this”. Love this girl!!

Julie’s son Jack was on hand during the shoot and lending a hand. (Nichole doesn’t get to see this little cutie often so insisted he come down to the studio!)

Nichole - You are fabulous and look amazing! I hope you enjoy your preview! You just let me know when you want me to hop a flight down to Mississippi to photograph that adorable little girl you and Joe are welcoming.

You weren’t kidding when you just rocked out a fabulous maternity session. WOW - these pictures are incredible! I love them all but the ones with the outfits on the line are so unique and creative.

These look amazing Coco. I was thinking of having something like this done this summer. I think I will get ahold of you and have you put me in touch with Amy. I think she does a wonderful job.
