Jan + Dan : : Engaged! May 21, 2009

dsc_4984-copy

Jan and Dan have had quite the busy few weeks…moving from their apartment in Chicago, staying with Jan’s parents, getting married in three weeks and planning on moving to two different states after their wedding.  They have been living out of bags had very little alone-time together.  So I think they were enjoying being able to snuggle up together a bit during our engagement session last night!

Despite the mud and millions of mosquitoes swarming us (props to you Jan and Dan!!), we had a beautiful setting, lovely light and a fun session.  And a special thanks to Dee who assisted with the shoot!  Dee is doing the florals for their fabulous wedding in a few weeks.

Jan and Dan - Thanks for a fabulous session last night.  Enjoy your trip to Mexico next week and I look forward to seeing you both in a few weeks!

[...] Jan and Dan were married this past Friday in a cute little chapel right near Lake Michigan in Shelby, MI with a lakeside reception to follow.  This cute couple has had a whirlwind past few months movng, traveling, graduating, finalizing their wedding and moving some more.  But seeing them on their wedding day excited, focused on each other, and enjoying their hard work was so absolutely beautiful.  Look for a preview soon!
